We understand that you may want to cancel or return an order at times. Please note – an order can only be cancelled while we are still processing it. An order that has been processed and shipped from our side can not be cancelled. If you would like to cancel an order, please send us your order number in an email requesting for cancellation at email@example.com
Once we receive your cancellation request, we check the order status and reply to you confirming whether or not your order has been cancelled.
We offer a 7 day replacement guarantee. If you do not like the product, the size, the material or have any other issues with the received product, please write us an email requesting for a product replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please don’t forget to mention the order number and other order details along with the reason for replacement in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your email and verify that you are eligible for a replacement, we send you an email accepting your replacement request. After you receive a confirmation from our side, please send us back the complete contents of the order to be replaced (including but not limited to the unused product in the original state, original packaging and free gifts, if any with their tags intact) at “Zubix Enterprises, A-6 Vishwakarma Colony, Lal Kuan, New Delhi – 110044”
Please note – the parcel with the order to be replaced must reach us within 8 days from the date at which we accept your replacement request for that particular order.
As soon as we receive your replacement parcel, the order contents are checked and verified. If we receive the products in their original state with all other accessories as mentioned above, we dispatch your replacement order in the next 1-2 days. You, the buyer shall bear the reverse shipping charges for the order.
In case we see that the you have sent us the parcel with used products, missing accessories or any such issue, we regret to inform that we shall not be able to ship the replacement product.
A few points to note :
- Orders for customized products where the buyer gets the product altered or made from us from scratch can neither be cancelled nor be returned or replaced.
- We do not offer any refunds whatsoever. You can always ask for replacement of your product as per the above stated policies.
